Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Hotel 9 for the night was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although small with limited storage space, were cleaned twice a day and very comfortable. The location was excellent, right between the Ufizzi and Duomo, making it convenient to explore Florence. The dining experience was varied and rich, and the service was of the highest standards, highlighted by the friendly and helpful staff. However, I did encounter a pickpocket near the hotel, which was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The room was ready upon arrival, and I even received a wonderful upgrade. Although the location was a bit far, the noise from the nearby ice cream shop was a minor issue. The room itself was spacious and cozy, with a large bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and regularly restocked fluffy towels. The view of Piazza della Repubblica was simply perfect.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is ideal for exploring the city without needing a car, and the rooms were stylish and comfortable despite facing a noisy street. The service was exceptional, making me feel welcome and well looked after throughout my visit. The dining experience was delightful, offering a wide array of delicious options. My only downside was the lack of a view from the room.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and elegantly furnished with lovely touches like a fridge and a personalized welcome message on the TV. The complimentary bottles of water each night and turn-down service made me feel truly pampered. The only downside was the occasional noise at night due to road traffic with the window open, but the location was perfect, with all the major sights within walking distance. Plus, the city views from my room were absolutely breathtaking.
